4. Shatavari Tablet

a. Take 1-2 tablets of Asparagus.

b. Consume it twice daily after lunch and dinner with milk or water.

5. Shatavari Syrup

Take one to two teaspoons of Asparagus syrup.

b. Eat it once or twice daily after a little meal.

How much do you consume?

Dosage (3-5g), Start with ¼ tsp as a beginner.
