Today it is the celebration of all veterans who have served in the U.S. armed forces including past wars, peacekeeping missions, and armed conflicts.

There will not be a Federal holiday in the US this year due to the new schedule signed into law by President Trump earlier this year. Many state offices and courts will also be closed.
