Best food for loose motion

Pomegranate Rind

Pomegranate is a fruit rich in nutrients and used mainly in Ayurvedic medicine and Indian folk treatments. It is the inner skin part of the fruit, which is also beneficial in treating Diarrhea. 

After boiling 50 grams of pomegranate rind, reduce the mixture to 250 ml of milk.

Till it becomes one-third, dink this in 3 to 4 equal doses throughout the day, Dysentery and diarrhea are also treated with this mixture.

Ginger And Buttermilk

Ginger has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It releases pain in the abdomen and helps in digestion. 

Buttermilk has good, friendly bacteria that produce Acetic acid and destroys harmful bacteria in the stomach. 

Mix half a teaspoon of dried ginger powder solute in a cup of buttermilk, and drink this mixture 3 to 4 times a day.

Jeera or Cumin seed water

Raw Banana

  • Mash banana & add salt & lemon to it.
  • Mix it well & give it to a baby.

Puffed Rice

What will you need?

  • a bowl of puffed rice
  • A glass of water

What to do?

  • Soak a bowl of puffed rice in a glass of water for 15-20 minutes.

Ginger

What will you need?

  • One teaspoon of ginger

Red Lentil Soup

What will you need?

  • A cup of lentils
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1-1/2-2 cups of water

  • Boil a cup of lentils in water & allow it to cool
  • let the lentils settle down
  • Strain the water & add a pinch of salt

How often to give?

  • Give soup to a baby once a day.
