Pomegranate Rind

Pomegranate is a fruit rich in nutrients and used mainly in Ayurvedic medicine and Indian folk treatments. It is the inner skin part of the fruit, which is also beneficial in treating Diarrhea. 

After boiling 50 grams of pomegranate rind, reduce the mixture to 250 ml of milk.

Till it becomes one-third, dink this in 3 to 4 equal doses throughout the day, Dysentery and diarrhea are also treated with this mixture.

Ginger And Buttermilk

Ginger has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It releases pain in the abdomen and helps in digestion.
